Windows Mobile Line Looks Sweet

Take a look at this image shared by Gerardo Dada of the current Windows Mobile phone line-up:

Yeah, that’s an amazing list of products. Yeah, the iPhone is making everybody look bad, but I love the choice and variety of the Windows Mobile lineup, and the versatility these devices have that Apple has chosen not include with their phone.

Who has the best?

AT&T pictured phones are:

Samsung Blackjack II
- $50 on Amazon

Pantech Duo
(seperate slide out keyboard and keypad) - free

Motorola Q9H
- $50

AT&T Tilt
- $175 (after $25 rebate)

Samsung Blackjack
- free

Palm Treo 750
- $175

T-Mobile:
Shadow - not available on Amazon, $150 at T-Mobile stores

Wing
- $50 (after $100 rebate)

Dash
- free (after $100 rebate)

Sprint:

Motorola Q9c
- $200 (wrongly pictured by Gerardo is the Q9h, also available is the original Q for $100 with a $200 rebate, or -$100 after rebate)

Mogul
- free (after $100 rebate)

HTC Touch
- $250

Verizon:

Samsung i760
- $200

Verizon VX6800 - not at Amazon, $350 at Verizon stores

Treo 700wx - $400 (also
Treo 700w
for $350)

Motorola Q Music 9m
- $50 (after $100 rebate)

Verizon SMT5800, not yet available or priced

I think the best lineup is either at T-Mobile (which has only three phones, but great versions of the slide-out keyboard PDA, consumer smartphone, and business Q-type) or Sprint (which has a free slide-out PDA, great Q, and the only one with the Touch). AT&T’s lineup is too quirky, filled with Q-types, plus the dual slider, but they do have a cheap Palm. Verizon’s lineup is pathetic and too expensive.

When my contract runs out, I’m either getting a T-Mobile Wing and Shadow (for my wife), or Sprint Touch/Mogul and the Palm Centro (again, for the wife). What are you looking at?
